Bala Mandir is an orphanage that is located in Madras, India. The people at St. Stephen's have sponsored children at this orphanage since 1986. A child is sponsored for one year for the amount of $150.00 per child. We are sponsoring eight children this year. The orphanage helps the children get an education, life skills and job skills. This is another way that the parishioners of St. Stephen's reach out to the world.
